Return & Refund Policy

TrackCraf sells digital trackers, spreadsheets, planners, templates, and other downloadable products delivered electronically after purchase.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once a product has been delivered or accessed.

We will review a refund request if you were charged twice, received the wrong product, or cannot access your purchase after we have tried to resolve the issue. We will also review defective files that cannot be fixed and provide refunds where required by applicable consumer law.
